Ali Landry Monteverde

Ali Landry, an American beauty pageant contestant, model and actress who was named Miss USA in 1996, is an American actor. She was named by her mom after Ali MacGraw, an actress who was featured in the film "Love Story.' She has French (Cajun), Cajun heritage, and was raised in Cecilia Louisiana in which she attended to Cecilia High School. She was 17 when she became the captain of her high school cheerleading squad and was awarded the title of Miss Louisiana Teen USA. Then, in 1996 she was crowned 'Miss Louisiana USA. The star gained attention when she was crowned Miss USA. In 1997 she made her first appearance as a character actress on the show "Clueless". Her popularity soared when she became "the Doritos Girl" by playing in the 'Doritos' commercial during the 1998 Super Bowl. Her debut film was the movie "Beautiful" 2000. Through the years she was in numerous of films and TV shows. In addition, she has appeared on several lists of'most sought-after women.
