Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo

Lesley Ann Brandt, born 2nd December 1981, is a model and actor who has been featured in a variety of TV shows as well as films. Her acting career began with her role on the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came with her second role, playing Naevia in the historical drama series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. In the last decade she has appeared in a ton of TV shows including the likes of Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies and The Librarians. Brandt is currently playing Mazikeen the character of Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt was brought up as a child in Cape Town South Africa. After her late teens, she emigrated with her family in Auckland New Zealand. Brandt's professional career began as a fashion model, appearing in magazine and television advertisements. Before she rose to the spotlight as a model, she was employed in sales at retail as well as being an information technology recruitment consultant. On the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity, where she played Leilani F'auigaese in 2009, her first big role taken on. In the year 2021, her first significant role was as Naevia the slave girl on Starz's Spartacus Blood and Sand. She has as well reprised her Naevia role in the prequel miniseries Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker starred alongside her in three television shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). She also started playing a bounty hunter demon called Mazikeen in the Netflix series Lucifer. The role she played in Lucifer was the most prestigious to date. This show has her co-starring along with Tom Ellis Lauren german Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
